Mr Heaton-Adegbile is a great surgeon. The process from diagnosis to operation was barely 2months. I was admitted on the 7 September and discharged on the 8th September. I had a follow up appointment with him today 24th October (just less than 7 weeks after the operation). The wound is almost completely healed, minimal discomfort hardly any pain at all, he made me feel at ease and answered all my questions clearly, making sure I could understand. I would sincerely love to thank him and his team for their care and expertise. My only problem was when I was sent home (as I live alone I thought I would get some home care to begin with, unfortunately this never materialised). Mr Heaton has promised that this would be looked into for future patients.

This Guy is totally amazing. What a professional. From seeing him to having the operation on my knee only took eight weeks. The whole experience has been a positive one from start to finish. I was admitted to Grantham Hospital for the operation and couldn't fault anything about my stay. From Staff to cleanliness of the hospital to food was all first class. Mr Heaton is an utter professional at his job and I couldn't believe I was up and walking a couple of hours after the operation and had no pain, ( other than the post operative pain I was told to expect) which had been quite bad for some time before my surgery. Can't praise him, his team, the nursing staff or the hospital enough.

Mr Heaton performed my total hip replacement and the op was a huge success. In fact from the beginning I felt like I had gone private as I expected a long wait time but it was only 8 weeks from him advising I needed a hip replacement to my operation. The care I received was second to none, he listens to you and engages with care and explains exactly what is best for you. If I need any further operations I will definitely ask to be referred to Mr Heaton and I would urge anyone suffering or in pain to go and ask to be referred to Mr Heaton as you won’t be waiting years like you expect and the sooner he works his magic the sooner you can get back to a better life.

Dr Heaton carried out my hip replacement. I found him to be straightforward to talk to and excellent at his job.

My overall experience has been very good, no problems with the operation. As a Patient I was advised to have the Epidural as it leaves the body quicker and you are more alert and are awake. I would very much recommend it my experience of it was extremely good. The Dr is quiet but extremely good at his Job and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
